Agricultural Certification Services Inc. (ACS) is a laboratory
accredited by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency to perform regulatory
testing for potatoes. ACS is owned and operated by potato growers
of New Brunswick as a not- for- profit laboratory and managed by
Potatoes NB. Services offered by ACS include: Bacterial Ring Rot
testing (BRR); virus testing in leaves and tubers for potato viruses A,
M, S, X, Y, PLRV, PLCV, PMTV; Potato Spindle Tuber Viroid (PSTVd) test;
Late Blight testing and virus eradication from new accessions of
potatoes. In addition to potatoes, ACS offers water testing for total
coliform and E. coli, and VOMITOXIN test in grains, such as Wheat,
