The proceedings for this workshop can now be found at the CropLife Canada website. http://www.cropro.org/english/index.cfm . The workshop provided the opportunity for pest management scientists, agricultural extension specialists, crop protection scientists, grower's representatives and resistance management experts to share their knowledge around resistance management.

Resistance management experts from herbicides, fungicides and insecticides shared their research work and provided the catalyst for breakout groups to develop “Risk Management Opportunities”.

The PMRA and CropLife are currently reviewing the various opportunities identified and are prioritizing them based on our ability to complete in a timely fashion, the complexity of the opportunity and the fit versus the identified needs and goals of the PMRA, CropLife and other stakeholders. It is our intent to provide a progress reports every six months.
